Our clinical care team has extensive experience and is dedicated to care for you. Our physicians, nurses and medical personnel receive on-going evaluations to ensure they are knowledgeable and skilled in the latest medical technology and techniques. Our center will work closely with your doctor and/or dialysis unit to ensure you receive prompt treatment.

Rachael Ramcharan Plummer, RN, CNN – Facility Manager
Rachael has been a registered nurse specializing in nephrology since 1990 and is experienced in providing both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis care in an outpatient setting. Additionally, she is certified in Healthcare Risk Management and Case Management. Rachael joined Open Access Lifeline when it opened in 1999 and was instrumental in the creation and implementation of the center’s operations policies and procedures. She also functions as the center’s head nurse and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Coordinator. Rachael is also a certified school teacher and channels her passion for teaching by providing quality education in dialysis and access care to both patients and dialysis caregivers.
